This paper concerns the initial-boundary value problem of the biharmonic cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation \[ i\partial_tu+\partial_x^2u-\partial_x^4u=\lambda |u|^2u \] in a quarter plane with inhomogeneous Dirichlet-Neumann boundary data, and the local well-posedness in the low regularity Sobolev spaces is proved.
