The author considers \(D\), a self-adjoint operator on \(L_2(\mathbb R^d,\mathbb C^n),\) such that \(\exp(itD)\) has finite propagation speed \(\kappa_D\le \kappa\), i.e., if the support of \(\exp(itD)u\) is included in \([\operatorname{dist}(x,K)]^{-1}((-\infty,\kappa|t|])\subset \mathbb R^d\) for all real \(t\), whenever the support of \(u\) is inside of \(K\), a compact of \(\mathbb R^d\). Then, the author states that if \(q\in (1,2]\), \((I+D^2)^{-1/2}\in B(L_{q_*},L_q)\), such that \(q_*>1\) and \(p\in (1,\infty)\), then for all \(a\in C_c^\infty(\mathbb R)\), \(\beta=d|\frac{1}{p}-\frac{1}{2}|+1\) and for any positive integer \(M\) bigger than \(1+d\frac{p'}{2}\) where \(p'\) is the Hölder conjugate of \(p\), we have \[ \|a(D)\|_{B(L_p)}\lesssim\sum_{j=0}^M\|\mathcal{F}\{(1+|\cdot|^2)^{\beta/2}\left(\frac{d}{d(\cdot)}\right)^{(j)}a(\cdot)\}\|_\infty,\tag{\(*\)} \] such that \(B(L_p)\) is the set of linear bounded operator on \(L_p\) (Theorem~3.1). The proof of this latter theorem is essentially based on using the Riesz-Thorin interpolation theorem on \(b(D)(I+D^2)^{-k/2}\) for \(b\in C_c^\infty(\mathbb R)\) and \(k=d\left(\frac{1}{q}-\frac{1}{2}\right)\). Then, the author swaps \(L_p\) by \(H^p_D\), the Hardy space associated with \(D\) (Definition~5), and provides an almost similar inequality of \((*)\) with less assumptions (Theorem~3.2).
