Let \(T_{n+1}\) be the category of finite dimensional nilpotent representations over the complex numbers of the cyclic quiver with \(n+1\) vertices, arrows oriented from \(i\) to \(i+1\), indices taken modulo \(n+1\). Let \(\mathcal C\) be the orbit category of the bounded derived category of \(T_{n+1}\) under the action of the composite of the inverse Auslander-Reiten translate and the shift. It is known that the category \(\mathcal C\) does not admit cluster tilting objects, but it does admit maximal basic rigid objects. For any maximal basic rigid object \(T\) let \(A\) be its endomorphism algebra. The authors define for any basic rigid object \(T\) of \(\mathcal C\) a cluster algebra \({\mathcal A}_T\). An \(A\)-module \(M\) is locally free if \(Me_i\) is free as \(e_iAe_i\)-module, for any primitive idempotent of \(A\). The authors define an analogue \(X\) of the Caldero-Chapoton map from locally free \(A\)-modules to the ring of Laurent polynomials over the rationals in \(n\) variables. They show that this map gives a bijection between the indecomposable \(\tau_A\)-rigid \(A\)-modules and the non initial cluster variables of \({\mathcal A}_T\). For Part I see [the authors, Math. Z. 297, No. 3--4, 1793--1824 (2021; Zbl 1476.13030)].
