The authors introduce modulation spaces \(M^s_{p,q}\) and their properties and discuss decay estimates and Strichartz estimates for dispersive equations with non-homogeneous symbols on modulation spaces to obtain the global well-posedness of the Cauchy problems for nonlinear dispersive equations. As a result, the authors have a generalization of the \textit{B. Wang} and \textit{H. Hudzik} result [J. Differ. Equations 232, No. 1, 36--73 (2007; Zbl 1121.35132)] in which treated the Schrödinger equations with a nonlinearity of wider class.
