    The authors give a molecular decomposition of the weighted modulation spaces. As an application, they investigate the boundedness of pseudo-differential operators on the weighted modulation spaces. Moreover they deal with dual spaces. We use the following notations: \[ Q(r)= \{x \in \mathbb{R}^n: \max (|x_{1}|, \dots , |x_{n}|) \leq r \}\;\;\text{ for}\;\;r> 0, \] \[ Q_{l}=[l_{1}, l_{1}+1] \times [l_{2}, l_{2}+1] \times \cdots \times [l_{n}, l_{n}+1]\;\;\text{ for}\;\;l=(l_{1}, \dots, l_{n}) \in \mathbb{Z}^n, \] \[ T_{a}f(x)=f(x-a), \;\;a \in \mathbb{R}^n, \] \[ \mathcal{F}^{-1}f(x)=\frac{1}{(2\pi)^{n/2}}\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}f(\xi) e^{ix\cdot\xi} d\xi. \] Let \(W \in A_{\infty}\). Then we define \[ \|f: L_{p}^{W}\|=(\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}|f(x)|^pW(x)dx)^{1/p} \] and \[ \|\{ f_{m}\}: l_{q}(L_{p}^W)\|= (\sum_{m \in \mathbb{Z}^n}\|f_{m}: L_{p}^W\|^q)^{1/q}. \] Pick a function \(\varphi \in \mathcal{S}\) so that supp \(\varphi \subset Q(2)\), \(\sum_{m \in \mathbb{Z}^n}T_{m}\phi(x)=1\) and write \(\langle x \rangle = \sqrt{1+|x|^2}\). Let \(0 < p, q \leq \infty\) and \(s \in \mathbb{R}\). Then we define \[ \|f: M_{pq}^{s, W}\|= \|\{ \langle m \rangle^s [\mathcal{F}^{-1}T_{m}\phi]*f\}_{m}: l_{q}(L_{p}^W)\|. \] Suppose that \(K, N \in \mathbb{N}\) are large enough. A \(C^{K}\)-function \(\tau: \mathbb{R}^n \rightarrow \mathbb{C}\) is said to be an \((s: m,l)\)-molecule, if it satisfies \[ |\partial^{\alpha}(e^{-im\cdot x}\tau(x))| \leq \langle m \rangle^{-s} \langle x-l \rangle^{-N} \] for \(|\alpha| \leq K\). Also set \(\mathcal{M}^s=\{M=\{mol^s_{ml} \}_{m,l\in \mathbb{Z}^n} \subset C^K:\) there exists \(c>0\) such that \(c\cdot mol^s_{ml}\) is an \((s: m,l)\)-molecule for every \(m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n \}\). Given \(\lambda=\{\lambda_{ml} \}_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n}\), we define \[ \|\lambda : m_{pq}^W\|=\|\{\sum_{l \in \mathbb{Z}^n} \lambda_{ml}\chi_{Q_{l}} \}_{m}: l_{q}(L_{p}^W)\|. \] Main Theorem: Let \(0 < p,q \leq \infty\) and \(s \in \mathbb{R}\). {\parindent=6mm\begin{itemize}\item[1.] There exists \(\{ mol_{ml}^s \}_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n} \in \mathcal{M}^s\) such that a molecular decomposition holds for \(M_{pq}^{s, W}\). More precisely, there exists a bounded mapping \(f \in M^{s,W}_{pq} \mapsto \lambda =\{ \lambda_{ml}\}_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n} \in m^W_{pq}\) such that \(f = \sum_{m, l \in \mathbb{Z}^n}\lambda_{ml}\cdot mol^s_{ml}\). \item[2.] Given \(\{ mol^s_{ml}\}_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n} \in \mathcal{M}^s\) and \(\lambda=\{ \lambda_{ml}\}_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n} \in m^W_{pq}\). Then \[ f=\sum_{m,l \in \mathbb{Z}^n}\lambda_{ml}\cdot mol^s_{ml}\tag{\(*\)} \] converges unconditionally in the topology of \(\mathcal{S}'\). Furthermore, \(f\) belongs to \(M_{pq}^{s,W}\) and satisfies \(\|f: M_{pq}^{s,W}\| \leq c\|\lambda: m_{pq}^W\|\). In particular if \(0 < p,q < \infty\), then the convergence of \((*)\) takes place in \(M_{pq}^{s, W}\). \end{itemize}}
