Let the commutative polynomial algebra \(R = \mathbb{C}[X_1, \ldots , X_n]\) be endowed with the Poisson bracket \(\{X_i,X_j\} = a_{ij}X_iX_j,\) where \(A = [a_{ij}]\) is an additively skew-symmetric matrix of integers. The Poisson cohomology \(HP^{\ast}(R)\) is calculated, recovering a result of [\textit{P. Monnier}, Lett. Math. Phys. 59, 253--267 (2002; Zbl 1010.53059)]. The proof here is completely different: \(R\) is realised as the semi-classical limit of the quantum \(n\)-space \(S_QV = \mathbb{C}[X_1, \dots , X_n : X_iX_j = q^{a_{ij}}X_jX_i],\) where \(q \in \mathbb{C}\) is generic. Now \(S_QV\) is known to satisfy twisted Poincaré duality: \(HH^{\ast}(S_QV) \cong HH_{n- \ast}(S_QV, _{\sigma}S_QV)\), where \(_{\sigma}S_QV\) is the free module twisted on one side by a certain automorphism \(\sigma.\) In the present paper the semi-classical limit \(M\) of \(_{\sigma}S_QV\) is defined, and -- in the main result of the paper -- is shown to be a Poisson dualizing \(R\)-module, in the sense that \(HP_k(R,M) \cong HP^{n-k}(R),\) for \(k = 0, \dots, n.\) Since the Poisson homology groups \(HP_k(R,M)\) can be calculated, the desired Poisson cohomology groups \(HP^{\ast}(R)\) can be described.
