Let \(F\) be an imaginary quadratic field. HST(referred to Harris, Soudry, Taylor) lifts are certain theta series on \(\mathrm{GSp}_4({\mathbb{A}_F})\) coming from cohomological cuspidal automorphic representations on \(\mathrm{GL}_2(\mathbb{A}_F)\). Based on \textit{M. Harris} et al.'s paper [Invent. Math. 112, No. 2, 377--411 (1993; Zbl 0797.11047)], the author gives further arithmetic properties of HST lifts by obtaining a Petersson inner product formula and a Bessel periods formula explicitly. One motivation to study such a problem may come from Iwasawa theory, for instances, [\textit{M. Agarwal} and \textit{K. Klosin}, J. Number Theory 133, No. 8, 2496--2537 (2013; Zbl 1294.11066); \textit{S. Böcherer} et al., J. Math. Soc. Japan 64, No. 4, 1353--1405 (2012; Zbl 1276.11069); \textit{J. Jia}, Arithmetic of the Yoshida lift. Ann Arbor: University of Michigan (PhD Thesis) (2010); \textit{M. L. Hsieh} and \textit{K. Namikawa}, Math. Z. 285, No. 3--4, 851--878 (2017; Zbl 1401.11086); Ann. Math. Qué. 42, No. 2, 215--253 (2018; Zbl 1457.11039)]. In particular, in [``On the Bloch-Kato conjecture for the Asai \(L\)-function'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1507.00684}], \textit{T. Berger} considers HST lifts case by assuming an existence of congruences between Galois representations attached to Siegel cusp forms and HST lifts. It requires an explicit construction of congruences for HST lifts and a detailed study of the non-vanishing ones. One main result of this paper can be embodied in the following formula: \begin{align*} \frac{ \langle \theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag}, \theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag} \rangle_{\mathfrak H_2} }{\langle {\mathbf f}, {\mathbf f} \rangle_{\mathscr H} } = 2^\beta N_F \Delta^{-3}_F \times L(1,\mathrm{As}^+(\pi)) \prod_{p\mid N } (1+\varepsilon_p) \cdot \prod_{p\mid \Delta_F} (1+p^{-1}) \end{align*} where \(\pi\) is an irreducible non-conjugate self-dual cohomological cuspidal automorphic representation of \(\mathrm{GL}_2(\mathbf{A}_F)\) of certain level, \(\mathbf f\) is an automorphic form on \(\mathrm{GSO}_{3,1}(\mathbf{A}_F)\) from \(\pi\), and \(\theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag}\) is the HST lift from \(\mathbf f\) of theta series on \(\mathrm{GSp}_4(\mathbf{A}_F)\). By some additional conditions on the prime numbers \(p\mid N\), the author obtained the non-vanishes of \( \theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag}\). The result in this paper shows that certain types of Fourier coefficients of \( \theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag}\) are \(p\)-adically integral after dividing a period of \(\pi\). From this, the author studied the relation between the non-vanishing modulo a prime of Fourier coefficients of \(\theta^\ast_{\widetilde{\mathbf f}^\dag}\) and the central value \(L(\frac{1}{2}, \pi\otimes\phi)\) of the standard \(L\)-function of \(\pi\) with twists of finite-order anti-cyclotomic characters \(\phi\).
