A Weyl type asymptotic formula for the number of eigenvalues in a spectral band of a non-selfadjoint perturbation of a selfadjoint semiclassical analytic pseudodifferential operator in dimension 2 is given. One assumes that the classical flow of the unperturbed part is completely integrable and that the spectral band is bounded by levels corresponding to Diophantine invariant Lagrangian tori. This paper belongs to a series of papers by the authors devoted to the study of non-selfadjoint perturbations of selfadjoint operators in dimension 2. We mention here only the authors and \textit{San Vũ Ngoc} [Am. J. Math, 129, No. 1, 105--182 (2007; Zbl 1172.35085)] where the authors announced their intention to perform the study of this problem.
