The Hartman-Grobman problem of topological equivalence of the nonlinear nonautonomous system \[ x_1^\Delta = A_1(t) x_1 + f(t,x_1,x_2), \quad\quad\quad x_2^\Delta = A_2(t) x_2 \] to its linearized system is revisited. The framework is the calculus on measure chains (= time scales). There is no requirement that the second linear subsystem possess an exponential dichotomy. Within the proofs the standard methods are applied.
