    Let \(X\) be a complex Banach space, \(A\) be a positive operator in \(X\) and \(D_A (\alpha,r) = \big(X, D(A^m) \big)_{\frac{\alpha}{m},r}\), \(1\leq r \leq \infty\), \(0<\alpha <m \in \mathbb N\), be the related real interpolation spaces. Let \(F^s_{p,q} (R, w_\gamma; X)\) and \(B^s_{p,q} (R, w_\gamma; X)\), \(w_\gamma (t) = |t|^\gamma\), be the weighted vector-valued counterparts of the nowadays well-known scales \(B^s_{p,q}\) and \(F^s_{p,q}\) of function spaces. Let \( \text{tr\,} u = u|_{t=0}\) be the trace. It is the main aim of the paper to prove that \[ \text{tr} \Big( F^{s+\alpha}_{p,q} (R, w_\gamma; X) \cap F^s_{p,q} \big(R, w_\gamma; D_A (\alpha,r) \big)\Big) = D_A (\mu,p), \] \[ \text{tr} \Big( B^{s+\alpha}_{p,q} (R, w_\gamma; X) \cap B^s_{p,q} \big(R, w_\gamma; D_A (\alpha,r) \big)\Big) = D_A (\mu,q), \] under suitable restrictions for the parameters involved, in particular, \(-1 <\gamma <p-1\) and \(\mu = s+\alpha - \frac{1+\gamma}{p}\) (Theorem 1.1). This sharp assertion is applied to the Stefan problem.
