The paper deals with a new approach to analyse the infection of ecological predator prey systems by toxic environment with a fuzzy differential equation method. The method is motivated by the uncertainty of parameters due to, e.g., time variability in the environment. Equilibria and stability are analysed and optimal harvesting policies are studied. Analytical research is complemented by numerical simulations to validate the results.
