The authors consider random Hermitian matrices \(H\) of order \(N\) consisting of blocks of size \(M\geq N^{6/7}\) with identically independently distributed entries within the block. It is shown that the entries of Green's function \(G(z)=(H-z)^{-1}\) satisfy the local semicircle law with a specific spectral parameter by employing the so-called supersymmetry method. They give a new estimate showing that the eigenvectors corresponding to the middle of the spectrum are fully delocalized.
