The paper deals with the linear system of moment differential equations of the form \[ \partial_{m}y(z)=Ay(z) \] where \(A\in M(\mathbb{C},n),\) and \(\partial_{m}\) denotes the moment differential operator [\textit{W. Balser} and \textit{M. Yoshino}, Funkc. Ekvacioj, Ser. Int. 53, No. 3, 411--434 (2010; Zbl 1237.34149)] which generalizes the classical derivative. To solve the equation, the authors construct an analogue of the classical exponential mapping of matrices. Then, using this mapping, they show that the solution of equation (1) is like a classic one. Theorem. Let \(A\in\mathbb{C}^{n\times n}\). The general solution of (1) is given by \[ y(z)=E(Az)C, \] where \(C\) is an \(n\)-dimensional constant column vector.
