Titchmarsh's theorems, \(K\)-functional and Jackson's theorems for the free metaplectic transform (Q6054069)

The authors of this paper extend some results for the free metaplectic transform (FMT). Firstly, they present the appropriate modulus of smoothness and \(K\)-functional and they prove Titchmarsh's theorems for the suggested transform (FMT) using Lipschitz's condition based on the corrected spherical spherical operator. Secondly, they prove the equivalence between the \(K\)-functional and the modulus of smoothness. Finally, they establish Bernstein's inequality and Jackson's direct theorem in the FMT domain. However, the manuscript is well-written and clear, and the language is correct and concise. Moreover, by comparing the existing literature, the results developed in this paper are novel and interesting.
