Windowed-Kontorovich-Lebedev transforms (Q610743)

For functions \(f,g\in C^\infty_0(\mathbb{R}^+)\), the authors define a transformation \(f,g\to V(f,g)\) which is, in a sense, an iterated Kontorovich-Lebedev transform.
