The authors find all nonabelian Painlevé systems whose auxiliary autonomous systems have first integrals and symmetries. All nonabelian generalizations of \(P_1-P_6\) Painlevé systems found are such that the corresponding autonomous system obtained by freezing the independent variable is integrable. These systems enjoy the Painlevé property. It was shown in [\textit{S. P. Balandin} and \textit{V. V. Sokolov}, Phys. Lett., A 246, No. 3--4, 267--272 (1998; Zbl 0946.34076); \textit{V. E. Adler} and \textit{V. V. Sokolov}, Theor. Math. Phys. 207, No. 2, 560--571 (2021; Zbl 1471.34168); translation from Teor. Mat. Fiz. 207, No. 2, 188--201 (2021); \textit{I. A. Bobrova} and \textit{V. V. Sokolov}, Nonlinearity 35, No. 12, 6528--6556 (2022; Zbl 1512.34165)] that in the \(P_1\), \(P_2\), and \(P_4\) cases they satisfy the Painlevé-Kowalewski test. All these systems have isomonodromic Lax representations. The authors construct isomonodromic Lax pairs for multiparametric families of \(P_2-P_6\) systems containing all the systems obtained in this paper. As long as they assume that the coefficients of nonabelian polynomials are scalar constants, all systems are \(\mathrm{GL}(m)\) invariant and the authors consider their restriction on the invariants of \(\mathrm{GL}(m)\)-action. It turns out that all restricted systems of the above families coincide with each other. This paper is organized as follows: Section 1 is an introduction to the subject. Section 2 deals with nonabelianization of the hierarchy. In Section 3, the authors find a complete list of \(P_6\)-type autonomous systems. In Section 4, they find all autonomous nonabelian Painlevé systems of \(P_1-P_5\) types. Section 5 is devoted to the study of nonautonomous Painlevé systems whose auxiliary autonomous systems are constructed in Sections 3 and 4. Section 6 contains some remarks and conclusions on the results obtained. The paper is supported by two appendices with lists of nonabelian autonomous systems of Painlevé type, and on a special case of \(P'_3\)-type systems.
