The paper studies differential inclusions of the form \[ z'_g(t)\in F(t,z(t)),\quad z(0)=z_0,\tag{1} \] where \(g:[0,1]\to \mathbb{R}\) is a non-decreasing left-continuous function, continuous in \(0\) with \(g(0)=0\), \(z'_g\) is the derivative with respect to \(g\) of the function \(z:[0,1]\to {\mathbb{R}}^d\), \(F:[0,1]\times {\mathbb{R}}^d\to \mathcal{P}({\mathbb{R}}^d)\) is a set-valued map with nonempty compact values and \(z_0\in {\mathbb{R}}^d\). If \(F\) satisfy a certain continuity assumption and is Lipschitz in the second variable, it is proved that the solutions of the relaxed problem \[ y'_g(t)\in \begin{cases} \overline{co}\in F(t,y(t)),\quad t\notin D_g,\\ F(t,y(t)),\quad t\in D_g, \end{cases} \quad y(0)=z_0 \] can be approximated by solutions of problem (1). Here \(\overline{co}(A)\) denotes the closed convex hull of a set \(A\subset {\mathbb{R}}^d\) and \(D_g\) denotes the set of discontinuity points of \(g\).
