The authors study a double phase elliptic inclusion problem involving nonlinear and nonhomogeneous partial differential operator with unbalanced growth, logarithmic perturbation terms, and two multivalued functions which are defined in the domain and its boundary. The existence and extremality results for the considered problem are obtained.
