The authors consider the pressureless compressible Euler-Riesz system with drag forces in multidimensional space. The fractional Laplace operator is in the right-hand size, with negative order. Boundary conditions at infinity are zero for velocity and constant limit for density. Global well-posedness and long-time behavior of solutions are studied. Initial data are around the constant state (the same as in infinity). Also, effects of fractional diffusion are revealed.
