Let \(R\) be a ring and let \(\mathcal{B}\) a class the right \(R\)-modules. A left \(R\)-module is called projectively coresolved Gorenstein if it is isomorphic to \(\mathrm{Ker}(P^0\to P^1)\) of an exact complex of projective left \(R\)-modules \N\[\N\cdots \to P_1\to P_0\to P^0\to p^1\to \cdots\N\]\Nwhich remains exact applying the functor \(B\otimes_R-\) for any \(B\in \mathcal{B}\). The author introduces and studies the weak global dimension relative to this class of modules. Next, it is shown that the Gorenstein \(FP_n\)-flat R-modules is finite over a Gorenstein \(n\)-coherent ring R and in this case coincides with the flat dimension of the right \(FP_n\)-injective \(R\)-modules. Finally, the notion of virtually Gorenstein rings, originally introduced by \textit{A. Beligiannis} and \textit{I. Reiten} [Homological and homotopical aspects of torsion theories. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (2007; Zbl 1124.18005)], is extended with respect to a duality pair.
