This paper investigates the relationship between the associated prime dimension of a base ring and its polynomial extension ring, as well as the \(t\)-dimension of pullback constructions. The associated prime dimension of \(D\), written \(\dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D)\), is \(\dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D) = \sup\{n\in\mathbb{N} | P_{1}\subsetneq P_{2} \subsetneq\dots\subsetneq P_{n}, \text{ where } P_{k}\in \mathrm{Ass}(D) \text{ for each } k\}\); while the \(t\)-dimension of \(D\) is \(t\)-\(\dim(D)=\sup\{ t-ht_{D}(P) | P \text{ is a prime } t-\text{ideal of }D\}\) where \(t-ht_{D}(P)=\sup\{n\in\mathbb{N} | P_{1}\subsetneq P_{2} \subsetneq\dots\subsetneq P, \text{ where } P_{k}\) are \(t\)-prime ideals of \(D\}\). The first result established a relationship between \(\dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D)\) and \(\dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D[X])\) for an integral domain \(D\) and its polynomial extension ring \(D[X]\). It showed that \(\dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D)\leq \dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D[X])\leq 1 + \dim_{\mathrm{ass}}(D)\). In the third sections, authors analyzed the \(t\)-dimension of a specific type of pullback domain. Among others, they proved that for the pullback diagram of type \((\square)^{*}\) (that is, \(qf(D)=T/M\)) assume that \(R\) is \(v\)-coherent. Then \(t\)-\(\dim(R) = \max\{t- \dim(T_{M}) + t- \dim(D), t- \dim(T)\}\). In particular, if \(T\) is quasilocal, then \(t\)- \(\dim(R)\) = \(t\)-\(\dim(T)\) + \(t\)- \(\dim(D)\). Other results and examples are given.
