This paper makes a contribution to noncommutative harmonic analysis, focusing on the mapping properties of a family of operators that capture the difference between differentiation operators and conditional expectations on noncommutative \(L_p\)-spaces. Building on prior work on scalar-valued and operator-valued square functions (e.g., by \N\textit{R.~L. Jones} et al. [Isr. J. Math. 135, 1--27 (2003; Zbl 1052.28010)]\N and the author's collaboration [\textit{G.~Hong} and \textit{B.~Xu}, J. Funct. Anal. 280, No.~9, Article ID 108959, 29~p. (2021; Zbl 1510.42024)]), the author extends the framework to linear operators indexed by bounded sequences \((v_k) \in \ell_\infty\), addressing a gap in the noncommutative Calderón-Zygmund theory for operators with non-regular kernels.\N\NThe core result, Theorem 1.1, establishes three key estimates: weak type \((1, 1)\) boundedness, strong type \((p, p)\) boundedness for \(1 < p < \infty\), and \((L_\infty, \text{BMO})\) boundedness for the operator \(T\) defined via averaging operators \(M_k\) and dyadic conditional expectations \(E_k\). Using interpolation and duality, these estimates yield a comprehensive boundedness theory, which is then applied to noncommutative differential transforms \(D\) (Corollary~1.4), extending martingale transform techniques to averaging operator contexts.\N\NA highlight of the proof is the adoption of a new noncommutative Calderón-Zygmund decomposition (communicated by Cadilhac), which circumvents the need for pseudolocalization and handles the lack of kernel regularity -- an obstacle to adapting earlier arguments. The \(L_2\)-boundedness of \(T\) is verified via a variant of Cotlar's lemma, with additional technical insights from noncommutative Khintchine inequalities and martingale difference techniques.\N\NThis work advances the noncommutative harmonic analysis toolkit, particularly for rough kernel operators, and poses promising directions for further research (e.g., \(L_2\)-norm methods for off-diagonal components). It will be of interest to researchers in noncommutative \(L_p\)-spaces, Calderón-Zygmund theory, and ergodic theory.
