Let \(k\) denote a non-Archimedean local field of characteristic zero and let \(G\) stand for a connected reductive algebraic group defined over \(k\). The wavefront set of an irreducible representation of \(G(k)\) is a fundamental invariant related to the Harish-Chandra-Howe local character expansion. In the paper under review, the authors study two coarse invariants, the algebraic wavefront set and the canonical unramified wavefront set.\N\NThe authors provide an explicit formula for the sets attached to an irreducible unipotent representation of real infinitesimal character, in terms of Deligne-Langlands-Lusztig correspondence. In particular, they prove that the algebraic wavefront set of the studied representation is a singleton. Along the way, a new combinatorial characterization of the generalized Springer correspondence for spin groups is established.\N\NFor Part I see [the authors, ``Wavefront sets of unipotent representations of reductive \(p\)-adic groups'', \url{arXiv:2112.14354}]
