The paper discusses an ordinary linear differential equation of the form \N\begin{itemize}\N\item[(1)]\(\frac{dY}{dz}=(\Lambda(z)+R(z))Y,\qquad z\in U,\) where \N\item[(2)] \(U\subseteq\mathbb{C}\) is an unbounded simply-connected domain given by the union of lines, whose distance from \(0\) is greater than a fixed \(a>0\) and whose slopes vary in an open interval \(]\tau_{\min};\tau_{\max}[\subseteq\mathbb{R}\); \N\item[(3)] \(\Lambda(z),R(z)\) are analytic \(n\times n\) matrix-valued functions on \(U\); \N\item[(4)] \(\Lambda(z)=\mathrm{diag}(\Lambda_{11}(z),\dots,\Lambda_{nn}(z))\) is a diagonal matrix.\N\end{itemize}\NThe main result of the paper \\\NTheorem. If \((U,\Lambda)\) satifies the \(L\)-condition, and \((U,R)\) the good decay condition, then the differential equation (1) admits a unique fundamental matrix solution \(Y:U\rightarrow \mathrm{GL}(n,C)\) such that \(Y(z)=(I_{n}+o(1))exp\int\limits_{z_{0}}^{z}\Lambda(\zeta)d\zeta,\;z\rightarrow\infty,\) \(\alpha\leqslant \mathrm{argz}\leqslant\beta+\pi,\) for arbitrary \(\alpha,\beta\) satisfying \(\tau \min<\alpha\leqslant\beta<\tau_{\max}\).
