In this paper, the autor introduces an isomonodromic Laplace transform that relates solutions of two Frobenius integrable Pfaffian systems that express the isomonodromy of two \(n\)-dimensional differential systems with different kind of singularities. The first isomonodromic system \[\, \frac{d Y}{d z}=\left(\Lambda(u) + \frac{A(u)}{z}\right)\,Y, \quad \Lambda(u)=\mathrm{diag} (u_1, \ldots, u_n) \,\] has a Fuchsian singularity at \(z=0\) and an irregular singularity at \(z=\infty\) of Poincaré rank 1, while the second isomonodromic system \[\, \frac{d \Psi}{d \lambda}=\left(\sum_{k=1}^{\infty} \frac{B_k(u)}{\lambda-u_k}\right)\,\Psi, \quad B_k=-E_k (A(u)+I) \,\] is a Fuchsian system. Here, \(E_k\) is a matrix, whose entries are zero, except for \((E_k)_{kk}=1\) and the parameters of deformation \(u=(u_1, \ldots, u_n)\) vary in a polydisc containing a locus of coalescence points such that \(u_i=u_j\) for some \(1 \leq i \neq j \leq n\). This result is based on the construction of such selected \(\vec{\Psi}_k(\lambda, u)\) and singular \(\vec{\Psi}_k^{(sing)}(\lambda, u),\,k=1,\ldots, n\) vector solutions of the Fuchsian Pfaffian system, that allows the author to introduce isomonodromic connection coefficients. With this construction the author extends the results of \textit{W. Balser} et al. [SIAM J. Math. Anal. 12, 691--721 (1981; Zbl 0468.34024)] to the case of isomonodromic deformations with coalescing Fuchsian singularities \(u_1, \ldots, u_n\). Utilizing the obtained relation the author proves in terms of the isomonodromic Laplace transform the main results in [\textit{G. Cotti} et al., Duke Math. J. 168, No. 6, 967--1108 (2019; Zbl 1416.34079)] when \(\Lambda(u)\) has coalescing eigenvalues.
