A Darcy-type law with memory is obtained as the periodic homogenization limit of a suitably scaled non-stationary Stokes problem posed in domains with oscillating, time-dependent, a priori known domains. After transforming the problem to a fixed periodic domain setting, two-scale convergence arguments are used to pass to the homogenization limit.\N\NThe paper is written in a very methodological manner so that calculations can be followed in detail.
