The authors study \(p\)-nilpotency criteria for finite groups \(G\) based on the Hall normal embedding property: a subgroup \(H \leq G\) is Hall normally embedded if \(H\) is a Hall subgroup of its normal closure in \(G\). The main theorems show that if certain subgroups of a Sylow \(p\)-subgroup \(P\) (e.g., of order \(p^n\), or \(n\)-maximal) are Hall normally embedded and \(\big (|G|, (p{-}1)(p^2{-}1)\cdots(p^n{-}1)\big ) = 1\), then \(G\) is \(p\)-nilpotent.\N\NSeveral results generalize known criteria involving \(2\)-maximal and \(3\)-maximal subgroups. The proofs rely on standard lemmas about minimal non-nilpotent groups, saturated formations and subgroup automorphism bounds. Counterexamples show that the numerical assumptions are sharp.
