Loday, Burgunder and Ronco showed how the faces of permutohedra or associahedra can be given a tridendriform structure, which in turn gives the (associative) shuffle product. This is extended here to other families of polytopes associated to hypergraphs by truncation of a simplex according to the hyperedges. The obtained structure is called polydendriform, as it involves products which can be more than binary. This construction holds for various classical families of polytopes (simplices or hypercubes) and new families introduced in this paper (erosohedra, friezohedra).
