This paper introduces a new family of Bernstein-type exponential polynomials for functions defined on the hypercube \([0,1]^d\). These operators extend the one-dimensional exponential Bernstein polynomials studied by \textit{T. Acar} et al. [Result. Math. 72, No. 3, 1393--1404 (2017; Zbl 1381.41017)] to a multidimensional setting. The main focus of the paper is to study their approximation properties.\N\NThe authors prove the uniform convergence of these operators using two different methods: the Korovkin subset approach and a constructive approach based on the modulus of continuity. The second method also allows to derive a quantitative estimate for the order of approximation. As a consequence, the authors also establish a qualitative analysis for functions belonging to suitable Lipschitz classes.\N\NA key role of these operators is that they preserve the exponential functions in the multidimensional setting.
