This paper relates Floer theory for noncompact Lagrangian submanifolds and microlocal theory of constructible sheaves. The authors consider a type of noncompact exact symplectic manifolds called Weinstein manifolds, where the Liouville vector field is gradient-like, and the partially wrapped Fukaya categories for such manifolds, defined and studied in the authors' previous works [Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 131, 73--200 (2020; Zbl 1508.53091); J. Am. Math. Soc. 37, No. 2, 499--635 (2024; Zbl 1546.53081)]. They show that when the Weinstein manifolds are stably polarizable, the partially wrapped Fukaya categories admit combinatorial models given by microlocal sheaves, which generalize constructible sheaves on manifolds with prescribed singular support conditions on the cosphere bundle that describe the failure of propagation of sections.\N\NFirst, consider the Weinstein manifold to be a cotangent bundle \(T^*M\) and the stop to be a subanalytic isotropic in its contact boundary \(\Lambda \subset S^*M\). The authors show that the pre-triangulated closure of the partially wrapped Fukaya category is derived equivalent to the subcategory of compact objects in the unbounded derived category of sheaves on \(M\) with singular support on \(\Lambda\): \N\[\N\mathrm{Perf}\,\mathcal{W}(T^*M, \Lambda)^{op} \simeq \mathrm{Sh}_\Lambda(M)^c.\N\]\NGenerators on both sides are matched up: linking disks at smooth Legendrian points are sent to co-representatives of the microstalk functors at such points.\N\NThen, consider a Weinstein manifold \(X\) with stable polarization and stop \(\Lambda\). The authors show that the pre-triangulated closure of the partially wrapped Fukaya category is derived equivalent to the subcategory of compact objects in the unbounded derived category of microsheaves supported on the relative core \(\mathfrak{c}_{X,\Lambda}\), defined by \textit{D. Nadler} and \textit{V. Shende} [``Sheaf quantization in Weinstein symplectic manifolds'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2007.10154}]: \N\[\N\mathrm{Perf}\,\mathcal{W}(X, \Lambda)^{op} \simeq \mathrm{\mu sh}_{\mathfrak{c}_{X,\Lambda}}(\mathfrak{c}_{X,\Lambda})^c.\N\]\NThe main theorems allow the authors to prove homological mirror symmetry by computing the corresponding categories of microlocal sheaves and matching them up with the algebro-geometric categories.\N\NFor the result in cotangent bundles, the proof is given by first computing both sides in the case when \(\Lambda\) is the union of conormal bundles of a Whitney triangulation, and then applying the stop removal functor on both sides. For the general result, the proof goes by embedding the Weinstein manifold into the cosphere bundles and then reduce to the cotangent bundle case.
