    Twisted holomorphic chains are considered over non-compact Kähler manifolds in order to generalize the classical Hitchin-Kobayashi correspondence. A twisted holomorphic chain, as a special case of twisted quiver bundles, consists of a finite number of holomorphic bundles \(E_i\) over a Kähler manifold and bundle morphisms \(\varphi _i\in \Hom(E_i\otimes \widetilde{E}_i, E_{i-1})\) where \(\widetilde{E}_i\) is a collection of fixed holomorphic bundles. The heat flow method, previously considered for Higgs bundles, is introduced to solve the Dirichlet boundary problem for the related gauge equations.
