The authors consider coerciveness and Fredholmness of nonlocal boundary value problems for second order elliptic differential-operator equations over UMD Banach spaces. In some special cases, the principal coefficients of the boundary conditions may be bounded operators and not only complex numbers. Maximal \(L_{p}\)-regularity is proved for the problem with a linear parameter in the equation. Some applications to regular nonlocal boundary value problems for elliptic equations of the second order in nonsmooth domains are presented.
