In this work, the author completes the characterization of the non-emptiness and irreducibility of the moduli space of Gieseker semistable sheaves on an unnodal Enriques surface \(Y\), with primitive Mukai vector \(v\) of positive rank and determinant \(L\) with respect to a generic polarization \(H\), \(M_{H}(v,L)\). Namely, he proves that \(M_{H}(v,L) \neq \emptyset\) unless \(v^2 = 0\), \(2 |c_1(L)\) and \(2 \nmid L + \frac{r}{2}K_Y\), and, when non-empty, the moduli space is irreducible. To do so, the author uses the fact that for odd rank Mukai vectors the result is known ([\textit{K. Yoshioka}, Compos. Math. 138, No. 3, 261--288 (2001; Zbl 1045.14007)]), and for even rank Mukai vectors, the question of existence and irreducibility of Gieseker moduli spaces can be reduced to the same question in ranks 2 and 4 due to ([\textit{M. Hauzer}, Ann. Polon. Math 99, No. 3, 305--321 (2010); Zbl 1238.14008])). The author completes the study of \(M_{H}(v,L)\) started in [\textit{H. Kim}, J. Korean Math. Soc. 43, No. 4, 765--782 (2006; Zbl 1113.14029)]), for \(v\) with rank 2. Concerning rank 4 Mukai vectors, the author shows that it is enough to consider Mukai vectors of the form \( v = (4,c_1,-1)\) with \(v^2 \geq 0\) and proceeds to the study of this case. Furthermore, when considering non-primitive Mukai vectors, the author shows that when \(v = mv_0\), is a Mukai vector, with \(v_0\) primitive and \(m > 0\), and \(H\) generic with respect to \(v\), then the moduli space of Gieseker semistable sheaves on an unnodal Enriques Surface \(Y\), \(M_{H,Y}(v)\), is non-empty if and only if \(v_0^2 \geq -1\), and give some descriptions of its dimension, and the codimension of the semistable locus.
