The paper under review is a continuation of the author's work [Tohoku Math. J. (2) 69, No. 3, 369--382 (2017; Zbl 1401.14064)]. Let \(X\) be an Enriques surface over an algebraically closed field \(k\). In [\textit{E. Bombieri} and \textit{D. Mumford}, Invent. Math. 35, 197--232 (1976; Zbl 0336.14010)], such surfaces were classified into three types: classical, singular and supersingular. The last two cases can also be called non-classical, which only occur when \(k\) is of characteristic \(2\). In the precedent work of the this paper, the author gave a necessary and sufficient condition on the Chern classes \(v\) for the existence of a stable sheaf of class \(v\) on \(X\) when \(X\) is a classical Enriques surface. In the present work, the author generalized the result to the case of non-classical Enriques surfaces. The proof of the result is a dichotomy, depending on the value of \(\langle v^2 \rangle\) with respect to the Mukai pairing. If \(\langle v^2 \rangle \neq -2\), the claim can be obtained by lifting \(X\) to a field of characteristic \(0\) and applying the non-emptiness results in the classical case. The case of \(\langle v^2 \rangle = -2\) is the main content of the paper. The author used a Fourier-Mukai transform to reduce the problem to Chern classes of rank \(2\), and extended a construction in [\textit{H. Kim}, Manuscr. Math. 82, No. 1, 1--13 (1994; Zbl 0814.14039)] to finish the proof.
