The main result of the article is the Fubini property of the Gelfand-Shilov ultradistributions. More precisely, given \(s_j,\sigma_j>0\), \(j=1,2\), denote by \(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_1,\sigma_2}_{s_1,s_2}(\mathbb{R}^{d_1+d_2})\) the space of all smooth functions \(\varphi\) on \(\mathbb{R}^{d_1+d_2}\) which satisfy the following bounds: there are \(C,h,r>0\) such that \[ |\partial^{\alpha}_x\partial^{\beta}_y\varphi(x,y)|\leq Ch^{|\alpha|+|\beta|}\alpha!^{\sigma_1}\beta!^{\sigma_2}e^{-r|x|^{1/s_1}-r|y|^{1/s_2}}. \] Furthermore, let \(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_j}_{s_j}(\mathbb{R}^{d_j})\), \(j=1,2\), be the classical Gelfand-Shilov spaces with \((\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_j}_{s_j})'(\mathbb{R}^{d_j})\), \(j=1,2\), being their duals. The main result of the article states that for any \(\varphi\in\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_1,\sigma_2}_{s_1,s_2}(\mathbb{R}^{d_1+d_2})\) and any \(f_j\in(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_j}_{s_j})'(\mathbb{R}^{d_j})\), \(j=1,2\), the functions \[ \psi_1(x)=\langle f_2,\varphi(x,\cdot)\rangle\quad \mbox{and}\quad \psi_2(y)=\langle f_1,\varphi(\cdot,y)\rangle \] belong to \(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_1}_{s_1}(\mathbb{R}^{d_1})\) and \(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_2}_{s_2}(\mathbb{R}^{d_2})\) respectively and there is a unique \(f\in(\mathcal{S}^{\sigma_1,\sigma_2}_{s_1,s_2})'(\mathbb{R}^{d_1+d_2})\) such that \[ \langle f,\varphi\rangle=\langle f_1,\psi_1\rangle=\langle f_2,\psi_2\rangle. \] The same result is also proved for the Gelfand-Shilov ultradistributions of Beurling type. In the second part of the article the author proves an analogous result for the so-called Pilipović spaces which are defined as (formal) series of the form \(\sum_{\alpha} c_{\alpha} h_{\alpha}\), where \(h_{\alpha}\), \(\alpha\in\mathbb{N}^d\), are the Hermite functions and the coefficients \(c_{\alpha}\), \(\alpha\in\mathbb{N}^d\), satisfy certain growth conditions.
