The paper aims to produce a rigorous estimate for the accuracy of the Hartree-Fock approximation (HFA) for a many-body spinless fermionic system. It is assume that the initial configuration is close to the many-body wave functions in the form of the respective Slater's determinant, and the objective is to estimate the time scale on which the solution will stay close to the HFA. The analysis uses mathematical tools such as the Lieb-Thirring and Hardy inequalities. The eventual result is that, with the increase of the number of fermions, \(N\), the limit time, up to which the TFA remains valid, scales as \(T\sim K^{-1/2}N^{-1/6}\), where \(K\) is the total kinetic energy. In particular, the analysis is applied to the important case of the many-fermionic system with the Coulomb pairwise interactions.
