Abstract: We examine finite-time blow-up solutions (u,v) to egin{align} label{prob:star} ag{star} egin{cases} u_t =

abla cdot (D(u, v) abla u - S(u, v)

abla v), v_t = Delta v - v + u end{cases} end{align} in a ball OmegasubsetmathbbRn, nge2, where D and S generalize the functions egin{align*} D(u, v) = (u+1)^{m-1} quad ext{and} quad S(u, v) = u (u+1)^{q-1} end{align*} with m,qinmathbbR. We show that if mgtfracn2n as well as mqgtfrac1n and (u,v) is a nonnegative, radially symmetric classical solution to eqref{prob:star} blowing up at Textrmmaxltinfty, then there exists a so-called blow-up profile UcolonOmegasetminus0o[0,infty) satisfying egin{align*} u(cdot, t) o U quad ext{in as tearrowTextrmmax}. end{align*} Moreover, for all alphagtn with egin{align*} alpha gt frac{n(n-1)}{(m-q)n + 1} end{align*} we can find Cgt0 such that egin{align*} U(x) le C |x|^{-alpha} end{align*} for all xinOmega.
