This paper studies a countable branching graph carrying an \(\mathfrak sl (2, \mathbb C)\)-module of special kind. Using this structure the author introduces distinguished probability measures on the floors of the graph, and defines two related types of Markov dynamics associated with these measures. He sudies spectral properties of the dynamics. The main result is an explicit description of the eigenfunctions of the Markov generator of one of the processes.
