The authors consider the following semilinear system of ordinary differential equations \[ \begin{cases} \dot x=A(t)x+f(t,x,y),\\ \dot y=B(t)y+g(t,x,y), \end{cases}\tag{1} \] along with the linear systems \[ \begin{cases} \dot x=-x,\\ \dot y=y, \end{cases}\tag{2} \] and \[ \begin{cases} \dot x=A(t)x,\\ \dot y=B(t)y \end{cases}\tag{3} \] in \({\mathbb R}^{n_1}\times{\mathbb R}^{n_2}\). Under appropriate hyperbolicity assumptions on the linear part in terms of an exponential dichotomy, the authors establish topological conjugacy of (1) to the linearizations (2) and (3), provided different boundedness assumptions on the nonlinear terms \(f,g\) are fulfilled.
