The theory of the nowadays classical spaces \(B^s_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\) and \(F^s_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\) with \(s\in \mathbb R\) and \(0<p,q \leq \infty \) (\(p<\infty\) for \(F\)-spaces) has been extended in recent times in several directions. On the one hand, there are now spaces \(B^{s(\cdot)}_{p(\cdot), q(\cdot)} (\mathbb R^n)\) and \(F^{s(\cdot)}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)} (\mathbb R^n)\) with variable \(s,p,q\). On the other hand, the extension from Lebesgue spaces \(L_p (\mathbb R^n)\) to the Morrey spaces \(M^{u}_p (\mathbb R^n)\) has been carried over to the above classical spaces, resulting in the spaces \(B^{s,\tau}_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\) and \(F^{s,\tau}_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\). It is the main aim of this paper to combine these generalizations introducing in Definition 2.9 corresponding spaces \(B^{w(\cdot), \phi}_{p(\cdot), q(\cdot)} (\mathbb R^n)\) and \(F^{w(\cdot), \phi}_{p(\cdot), q(\cdot)} (\mathbb R^n)\). The authors study in detail several properties of these spaces parallel to related assertions of the classical spaces \(B^s_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\) and \(F^s_{p,q} (\mathbb R^n)\).
