In this paper the author studies loop by describing certain Lie and Sabinin algebras related to set of formal power series with coefficients in an associative but non commutative algebra. So, he focuses the study on the loop of formal power series with noncommutative coefficients under substitution. According to the author, for a ring $R$, the set $J(R)\subseteq R[[t]]$ of formal power series $\sum_{(i\geq 0)}\alpha_it^(i+1)$, with coefficients in $R$, and $\alpha_0=1$, is a group with the substitution product defined by equation (2) (commutative ring $R$ that was introduced by [\textit{S. A. Jennings}, Can. J. Math. 6, 325--340 (1954; Zbl 0058.02201)]), is no longer commutative, then the group defined by equation (2) might not be associative. So, the author gets a loop and describes certain Sabinin brackets associated to it. The author also presents some results on normal subloops of $J(R)$. As a consequence he obtains new examples of Sabinin algebras. The author presents in Section 2 the loop $(J^g(S),\circ)$ of formal power series under composition; in Section 3 Shestakov-Umirbaev brackets for the product *; in Section 4 the $N$-sequence $J_1^g(S)\supseteq J_2^g(S)\supseteq\cdots$, and its Sabinin brackets; in Section 5 normal subloops; in Section 6 related Lie algebras and in the Appendix one-sided local loops. In this last Section of the paper, the author briefly presents how to adapt Mikheev's and Sabinin's approaches to the study of one-side local loops.
