    Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^N\) (\(N \geq 2\)) be a bounded domain with Lipschitz boundary \(\partial \Omega\). The authors study a singular Finsler double phase problem of the form \[-\operatorname{div}\left(F^{p-1}(\nabla u)\nabla F(\nabla u)+\mu(x)F^{q-1}(\nabla u)\nabla F(\nabla u)\right)=u^{p^*-1}+\lambda (u^{\gamma-1}+g(u)) \mbox{ in } \Omega,\] \[u>0 \mbox{ in } \Omega,\quad u=0 \mbox{ on } \partial \Omega, \quad \lambda >0, \quad\gamma \in (0,1),\] \[2 \leq p < q < N,\quad \dfrac{q}{p}<1+\dfrac{1}{N},\quad 0\leq \mu(\cdot) \in C^{0,1}(\overline{\Omega}). \] In this problem, \(g : \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}\) is a continuous function that fulfills certain regularity and growth conditions, \(F:\mathbb{R}^N\to [0,+\infty)\) is a positively homogeneous Minkowski norm with useful properties, and \(p^*=\dfrac{Np}{N-p}\) is the critical exponent to \(p\). Applying variational tools, the authors show that there exists a parameter value \(\lambda_\ast>0\) such that for every \(\lambda \in (0,\lambda_\ast)\) the problem above has a nontrivial weak solution.
