Let \(f:(\mathbb{C}^n,0)\rightarrow (\mathbb{C}^p,0)\) be an analytic mapping germ such that \(V:=f^{-1}(0)\) is a complete intersection with isolated singularity at the origin. Given two such germs \(f\) and \(g\) with the same Newton polyhedra which are (Khovanskii) non-degenerate, there is a piecewise analytic family \(\{ f_t\}\) of analytic maps with \(f_0=f\), \(f_1=g\) which has a uniform stable radius for the Milnor fibration. (The positive number \(\varepsilon _0>0\) is a uniform stable radius for the Milnor fibration of the family \(\{ f_t\} _{t\in [0,1]}\) if for each \(\varepsilon \leq \varepsilon _0\) and each \(t\in [0,1]\), the set \(f_t^{-1}(0)\) intersects transversally with the sphere \(\mathbb{S}^{2n-1}_{\varepsilon}\).) This in turn implies that their Milnor numbers of \(f\) and \(g\) are equal. Also, a formula for the Milnor number can be given in terms of the Newton polyhedra of the component functions. This is a generalization of a result by C. Bivia-Ausina. Finally, one can deduce that the Milnor number of a non-degenerate isolated complete intersection singularity is an invariant of Newton boundaries.
