Fractional differentiability is a very popular theme this time, and the authors study fractional differentiability properties of the following problem \[ \left\{ \begin{array}{rcl} -\operatorname{div}(c(x)A(Du))=\mu &\text{in}& \Omega,\\ u=0 &\text{on}& \partial\Omega, \end{array} \right.\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^n\) with \(n\geq 2\), and \(\mu\) is a bounded Radon measure in \(\Omega\). The vector field \(A : \mathbb R^n\rightarrow\mathbb R^n\) is assumed to be \(C^1\)-regular, and to satisfy some growth and ellipticity assumptions. The latter estimates include the exponent \(p\). The authors introduce the mixed \(L^p\)-Hölder space \(C^{\alpha}_{\gamma}(\Omega)\) as the set of functions \(c\in L^1(\Omega)\) such that there exists \(g\in L^{\gamma}(\Omega)\) satisfying the condition \[ |c(x)-c(y)|\leq|g(x)+g(y)||x-y|^{\alpha},~~~\forall x,y\in\Omega, \] \(\alpha\in(0,1], \gamma\in[1,\infty)\). The authors use also the fractional Sobolev spaces \(W^{\alpha,\gamma}\). They introduce a concept of a special distribution solution to problem (1) (they call it SOLA) and prove that for such a solution \(u\) from \(W^{1,1}_0(\Omega)\) one has the inclusion \[ A(Du)\in W^{\alpha_0,p_0}_{\mathrm{loc}}(\Omega) \] with certain bounds on \(\alpha_0,p_0\) depending on \(n,p,\alpha,\gamma\). This is the main result of the paper. There are a lot of technical estimates in the paper, and it is hard for reading. There are also certain misprints.
