The authors consider a chemotaxis model with the logarithmic sensitivity function and logistic type source, coupled with the Navier-Stokes in two and the Stokes system in three space dimensions. Under usual assumptions on the strength of the chemotactic interactions, they prove the existence of global in time solutions, their boundedness, and convergence to the homogeneous steady states.
