      The inverse spectral problem is studied for the Sturm-Liouville equation \[ -y''+q(x)y=\lambda y,\ x\in (0,\pi) \] with the boundary conditions \[ y'(0)-hy(0)=0,\ f_1(\lambda)y'(\pi)+f_2(\lambda)y(\pi)=0, \] where the functions $f_j(\lambda)$ are entire in $\lambda$. An algorithm for constructing the solution of the inverse problem is suggested and the uniqueness of the solution is proved; stability of the solution is also established.
