The authors construct non-semisimple modular categories of local modules (Theorem 1.3) over an special type of algebra, following the classical construction to semisimple setting. To this end, they introduce rigid Frobenius algebras and give equivalent conditions (Proposition 1.2). The main difference with the proof of the classical result is the verification of non-degeneracy for the category of local modules, showing that the Müger center is trivial, not that the S-matrix is invertible (which cannot be generalized to the non-semisimple case); and ribbonality is achieved in a more direct way. Next, they calculate Frobenius-Perron dimensions and obtain a bound for these algebras. They also introduce a method to construct a modular tensor category of local modules in relatives centers, and compute the category of local modules over a Hopf algebra in a category of Yetter-Drinfeld modules. Finally, they classify rigid Frobenius algebras in Drinfeld centers of module categories over group algebras.
