Of concern is the study of the existence and uniqueness of pseudo almost automorphic and weighted pseudo almost automorphic mild solution to the semilinear differential equation \[ u'(t)=Au(t)+Bu(t)+F(t,u(h(t))),\;t\in \mathbb{R}, \] where \(A,B\) are closed linear operators densely defined in a Hilbert space \(H\). The main tools used are the Banach fixed point principle and the method of invariant subspaces for unbounded linear operators introduced by Diagana and N'Guérékata. An application to a hyperbolic semilinear differential equation is given.
