Quasi-Lie bialgebroids, Dirac structures, and deformations of Poisson quasi-Nijenhuis manifolds (Q6565548)

In this paper, the authors give a deformation of a Poisson quasi-Nijenhuis manifold to another quasi-Nijenhuis manifold by means of a closed 2-form. First, they recall the definitions and the properties of Poisson quasi-Nijenhuis manifolds and review all the relevant results. Then, they construct under suitable conditions an involutive family of functions on Poisson quasi-Nijenhuis manifolds, generalizing the ideas of \textit{I. Ya. Dorfman} [in: Nonlinear evolution equations: integrability and spectral methods, Proc. Workshop, Como/Italy 1988, Proc. Nonlinear Sci., 425--431 (1990; Zbl 0717.58026)]. The main results are then proved, in detail, in the setting of twists of quasi-Lie algebroids and in the context of Courant algebroids and Dirac structures.
