This paper presents an alternative proof of the solvability of the regularity problem for uniformly elliptic operators on \(\mathbb{R}^n_+\). The solvability of the regularity problem for uniformly elliptic operators with coefficients \(A\) with \(L^p\) or \(\dot{W}^{1,p}\)-data has a long history. The solvability of the Dirichlet problem is closely related to the regularity problem of the adjoint operator. It is well-known that on the half-space, the regularity problem for \(L\) is solvable in \(L^q\), then the Dirichlet problem for its adjoint is solvable in \(L^{q'}\). This result was extended to various geometric assumptions on the domain. The converse is false in general, but \textit{M. Mourgoglou} and \textit{X. Tolsa} [Duke Math. J. 173, No. 9, 1731--1837 (2024; Zbl 1548.31020)] proved that it holds if the operator satisfies a Carleson measure condition and the boundary is uniformly rectifiable.\N\NIn this paper, it is proved that the regularity problem is \(L^p\)-solvable when \(A\) satisfies the weak DKP(Dahlberg-Kenig-Pipher) condition. Higher codimension result was also shown in this paper.
